Job Title – Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a senior sales executive located in Hubballi-Dharwad for Shree Nandi Properties. The senior sales executive will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company's products and services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, organized and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls Establish and strategically build a strong customer base
Continually analyse the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework Train and motivate sales team toward achieving specified sales goals
Identifying appropriate opportunities for sales enhancement Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company goals
Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager

Desired Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field At least 5 years' experience in sales and business development
Experience in real estate sales is a plus Demonstrated success in achieving targets and generating business growth
Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Willingness to travel as needed
